How much time do you require to drape my venue?
Time will depend on the requirement and the draping involved, it can take as little as 15 minutes for a 6m run to up to 3 hours for a full room to be draped. We work with the venue to ensure we have ample time to construct the framework and draping, ensuring we do not cut any corners and our elegant draping is elegant, and gives you the customer the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How much deposit is required?
We ask for £100 deposit payment to secure a quote / booking, however we reserve the right to retain this value as a security deposit against any damage to our draping. We will inform you upon booking, but is also covered in our terms and conditions. Upon safe collection of goods, we will refund you any security deposits taken within 28 days of your event.
If I cancel my contract agreement with you, what happens?
Please refer to our published terms and conditions, as different scenarios impact the contract agreement, we use our discretion depending on the circumstance and lead time to your event. If you cancel outwith the cooling off period, we reserve the right to retain the deposit payment which has been made.
When do I need to pay the balance?
You can pay the balance, anytime leading up to your event, unless we have agreed on an invoice term. For Private Wedding's we ask the balance is paid 14 days before your wedding date.
Is the draping free standing? The venue do not want you to use velcro or attach to venue property.
We construct the draping on a pipe and drape system and is made by High Spec UK and is 100% free standing with 12.5kg base plates ensuring a good strong fixture. You can get other companies using only a 5kg Base plate, however this can potentially fall over if your guests leaned on the framework, this is something you should also consider when booking.
How Tall is your draping?
We have 3m sections in heights (10ft) and we can also provide 4m sections (13ft) We find venue ceiling heights will vary from 7ft - 20ft. Majority of hotels, we find are 10ft - 12ft.
What material is your draping?
We do not use marquee lining, we do not use Organza or Taffeta material as other companies do. We use bespoke ice silk material, which is more expensive to purchase and is tailored for our requirments. Our draping is probably the best on the market, it is elegant, hangs amazingly, uncreased, and is always cleaned before any event or wedding. how many times have you seen dirty marquees or creased drapes, or really badly finished material which is sown together! Do not compromise and ask use for a free demo at your chosen venue. Quality and feel is luxury.
